The program

Three tracks for training with the Mounties — from stand-alone private coaching to the complete development cycle.

Three tracks, one standard

The academy offers three à la carte tracks, chosen to fit what the athlete needs — from stand-alone coaching to the full annual cycle.

01

Whole Year Program

The complete path: all three seasons chained together, with individualized coaching built in.

  • Fall, winter-spring, and summer combined into one development cycle.
  • Semi-private sessions included, at a ratio of 2 players per coach.
  • Regular video analysis and monthly progress tracking.
02

Seasonal

Competition and practices, one season at a time — fall or summer.

  • Fall: tournaments (typically three to four), exhibition games, and weekly practices.
  • Summer: regular-season league play, Perfect Game and PBR tournaments (Canada and the US), weekly indoor and outdoor practices.
  • Flexible commitment — no full-year obligation.
03

Development Program

Individualized development, without a competitive-season commitment.

  • Winter Academy
    • Bi-weekly technical training sessions.
    • Personalized strength and conditioning program.
    • A baseball development plan built for each athlete.
    • Supervised physical training and regular video analysis.
  • Private Sessions
    • Private or semi-private sessions, up to 2 players per coach.

Development philosophy

  • Recognize that every athlete has a potential of their own.
  • Bring every athlete to the maximum of their potential.
  • Foster whole-athlete development: technical (baseball), academic, and mental.
  • Prioritize individual success ahead of team wins.
  • Offer a supportive environment focused on personal goals.
